• Decide you want to learn more.
• Complete the Request for Consideration Form
Step 2
• Receive our Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement.
• Talk to our Franchise Development Director to get your first questions answered and begin choosing your exclusive territory.
Step 3
• Complete our Profile (for all candidates) and/or Tech Test (for IT-qualified candidates only) screening exams.
• Speak with our Franchise Development Director about your results.
Step 4
• Receive preliminary approval as a qualified candidate.
• Speak with current and former Franchise Owners (at random or with introductions by the Development Director)
Step 5
• Choose your Designated, Exclusive Territory (i.e. “Computer Troubleshooters of XYZ”)
• Complete Background Check & administrative forms.
Step 6
• Check the availability of upcoming training dates and make reservations.
Step 7
• Sign Franchise Agreement and submit with 20% deposit and signed background check form. (at least 10 days prior to training class)
Step 8
• Receive final approval after background check.
• Complete pre-training checklist.
Step 9
• Receive Login to UniverCT and begin online training
• Attend and pass 2-day Franchise Training course.
Step 10
• Receive access to the CT Coaching Portal w/ your customized Action Plan
• Follow the step-by-step CT plan to build your new business!
