Chip Reaves – CEO

Chip Reaves was studying Computer Science at Georgia Tech in the late 1980′s when he began a small side business helping people and small businesses with their computers. This “side business” eventually grew into CHIPTECH, one of Atlanta’s largest small business technology consulting firms. In 1999 Chip joined forces with Computer Troubleshooters, a relatively new computer service franchise in Australia, and today is CEO of the worldwide organization.  As of 2008 Computer Troubleshooters operates through over 490 independent franchisees in 26 countries around the world. Chip has traveled the world as a guest speaker both for Computer Troubleshooters and other organizations including various franchise organizations and the Australian government. In addition to working with Computer Troubleshooters Chip is active in his church and serves on the boards of four non-profit organizations serving the community in the areas of homelessness prevention and assistance, teen and young adult spirituality, and economic development in Rwanda.

Glenn Cox ended a 28 year career in the retail music industry and began a new one in Franchise Sales that has lasted 17 years. For the past 4 years, he has worked with Computer Troubleshooters in establishing and implementing a thorough due diligence process that provides the detailed information necessary to find good franchisees.

Glenn is married, has 5 children, 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He is very active in his church with outreach programs for the homeless and mentally challenged. He loves to cook for large or small groups, and hobbies include photography and woodworking. Frequent Quote: “I love my job.”

Audrey Johnson – Office Manager

Audrey joined CTUSA in 2006 as a Call Center Associate, and today she is our Office Manager and is in charge of our Franchise Fulfillment support.  She works on all aspects of franchise support including shipping, training materials, and tradeshow kit rentals.
