This Online Privacy Notice (“Notice”) applies to this website (“Website” or “Site”) owned by MMI-CPR, LLC, an affiliate of Assurant, Inc., (“Computer Troubleshooters”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and describes how we collect, use, and share personal information, as well as the rights you have with respect to your personal information and how to exercise those rights.
This Notice does not apply to any website or service that does not display this Notice. MMI-CPR, LLC is a franchisor. This Notice does not address the privacy practices of the independently owned and operated franchisee locations.
As used in this online Privacy Notice, the term “you and your” are defined to include all website visitors including, but not limited to, customers, brokers, third party administrators, and/or representatives of any of the above.
Information We Collect and the Sources of that Information
Information You Provide Us. We collect and retain any information provided by you or gathered from your interaction with this website. For instance, we collect information when you send us an email to one of our online email boxes, or by completing a form and either sending it to us directly, submitting it through the Site or by logging onto the Site.
The information we collect may consist of the following:

- Mobile Number
- Email address
You may choose not to provide personal information to us by not sending us an email using our online email boxes, by not filling out a form with personal information and/or by not logging onto our website. Refer to the last section for other ways to contact us.
Device and Web Browsing Information. We may collect information from your devices and about your web browsing when you visit our Site. We may collect information such as:

- The type of browser, devices and operating systems you use
- Identifiers associated with the device(s) you use to access our Site
- The pages you visit and the features you use, including dates and times
- If you navigated from or navigate to another website, the address of that website
- Information regarding your internet service provider
How Long We Keep Personal Information
The amount of time we retain your personal information will vary depending on the purpose for which it was collected, our business need for it, and our legal obligations with respect to it. We retain your personal information for the time needed to fulfill the purpose for which that information was collected and to adhere to our policies on keeping records. Our retention policies reflect applicable statutes of limitation periods and legal requirements. When we destroy your personal information, we do so in a way that prevents that information from being restored or reconstructed.
Data Technologies
We use various technologies, which may include but are not limited to cookies, tokens, tags, web logs, web beacons, widgets, plug-ins, scripts, chat and chatbots, and web server logs to automatically gather information about you and about your use of the Services (collectively, “Data Technologies”). A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. A “web beacon” also known as an Internet tag, pixel tag or clear GIF, links web pages or apps to web servers and may be used to transmit information back to a web server.

We allow service providers and third-party companies to use Data Technologies to collect the information described above and to track browsing activity over time and across third-party websites, such as web browsers used, which websites are referring traffic or linking to our online services, to support data analytics or, in some instances, to deliver targeted advertisements to you. We do not control these third-party technologies, and their use of such technologies is governed by their own privacy policies. The types of cookies on our website fall into any one of the following categories:
- “Strictly Necessary” cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms.

Your Targeted Advertising Options
We partner with third parties to provide advertising services that are targeted based on your online activities across websites, mobile apps, and devices over time (referred to as “Targeted Advertising”).
When you visit our Site, we or third parties may place cookies and other Data Technologies on your device to enable us to send you Targeted Advertising both on our website and on third party websites.

No Profiling
We do not use personal information to evaluate, analyze or predict personal aspects related to an individual’s economic situation, health, preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movements, or performance at work, which is also known as profiling, in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through an automated process that do not require final review and decision by a human.
Email Communication
Please do not use email to communicate information to us that you consider confidential. Email is not a secure method of communication and is not encrypted. Accordingly, an email message potentially could be accessed and viewed by others without your knowledge and/or permission, while in transit to us.
Your Privacy Rights

Right to Know: the right to request we disclose to you the following:

- The categories of sources from which we collected the personal information.

However, we may charge a consumer a different price or rate or provide a different level or quality of goods or services to the consumer, if that difference is reasonably related to the value provided to the business by the consumer’s data. You must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person who is the subject of the rights request, or such person’s authorized representative. We use a service provider to assist with identity verification and, as required or permitted by law, we may take steps to verify your identity prior to granting you access to information or acting on your request to exercise your rights. We may limit our response to your exercise of your rights as permitted under applicable law.
You may designate an authorized agent to request any of the above rights on your behalf. You may make such a designation by providing the agent with written permission, signed by you, to act on your behalf. If an agent makes a request on your behalf, as permitted by law, we may require verification of the agent’s authorization to act on your behalf, require you to confirm you have authorized the agent to act on your behalf, or require you to verify your own identity. This may include, but is not limited to, a notarized financial/general power of attorney, court order, or official proof of guardianship.
Upon receiving your request, we will confirm receipt within ten (10) business days and respond to a verifiable consumer request within the timeframe and in the format required by relevant law.
If we are unable to honor your request, we will provide you with a written explanation of the reason(s). You have the right to contact us in writing if you wish to appeal our decision and we will provide you with a written response.
